As a psychologist and licensed psychotherapist specialized in cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness and mindful self-compassion I am dedicated to helping individuals presenting with a wide range of emotional, social and psychological difficulties. My emphasis lies in the treatment of life crises such as burn-outs, self-worth problems, grief and loss, exhaustions, sleeping disorders, procrastination, transitions in life such as graduation, being on the move, child bearing and upbringing, nursing sick and elder family members, problems in relationships.
Also I treat people with psychiatric disorders (eating disorders, depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosomatic symptoms (pain disorders, tinnitus).
